WHY DO MY HIPS FEEL LIKE I HAVE BRUISE AND THEY HURT LIKE HELL EVERY TIME I DO 5 DAYS OR CARDIO DO I DO TO MUCH OR DOES IT MEAN ITS WORKING FOR ME

Are you stretching before & after you exercise? If the answer is no then that's most likely the reason. If the answer is yes then you may not be doing the right stretches, may be over-stretching, or there could be something else going on which might require your doctor's input. Either way, joint pain is not something to be ignored!0

Ask your doctor it could be nothing or it could be something with your spine alignment, joint inflammation or other bad stuff. Have you tired low impact cardio like swimming?0

I never do the same type of exercise two days in a row. If I run on Monday, I do something else on Tues. and won't run again until Wed.
Actually I practice the 3 days on, 1 day off pattern that Crossfit Endurance recommends. So I would never do 5 days of cardio in a row to start with. :laugh:0 -
if you are doing the same cardio exercise focusing on the same group day after day, your not giving your muscles time to heal properly which can hinder your result. Try mixing up your routine, and of course stretches never hurt. There are some supplements that are out there to help take the soreness out, but I am not a nutritionist by far, and wouldn't want to recommend you the wrong thing.0
