I find myself CONSTANTLY craving sweets, is anyone else like this?? I try to ignore the cravings, but usually give in and then I am upset with myself for caving. Not sure how to get rid of the cravings. I know the more sugar you eat, the more your body craves, but not sure how to stay away from them long enough to get the stuff out of my system. Help!?!?!?!

    More or less just as you said it, i'm stuck, don't know what to do, i can do the food diet no problem but i always give in to the sweets, don't know what to do as iv'e been battling the sweets for 20 years....desperate

    I've found that if I indulge a little, it helps. I am not saying to have a pint of icecream but I am saying to indulge every once in a while. I love some Enjoy life chocolate chips in a serving size. I savor each bite. :happy: I also love an occassional diet cream soda. It's all about moderation though. I usually splurge on heavy workout days. I've found if I don't give in, I will crave it more.

    Have sweets, but make it fit into your calories and macros. Boom. No more cravings.
