Almost 1 year later and I finally lost 30 lbs!

So, I joined MFP May last year and I couldn't have lost all 30 lbs without this site! Thanks to everyone for the support! I went from 156 lbs to 125 and I feel great. Here are some of my comparison pictures from my blog from before and after :)

    30 pounds in a year is perfect - no need to lose faster!

    i think about 1 pound a week is really the most you can sustain over long time periods ... 30 lbs per annum is great.

    I'm 5'3" and I was told by MFP to eat 1200 but I've been at 1500!
