how would you log calories burned from 30 day shred?

I logged it as Circuit Training.0

I log it as 20 minutes of circuit training for 200 calories.
I went through a bunch of threads and found what people with HRM were burning. 200 was about the average (some more, some less) so that's what I picked.0 -
I log it as 20 minutes of circuit training, general. Seems pretty accurate. Good luck with the 30DS!0
