Hi All - New to all of this, feedback welcome

Hi All

New here so thought I would say hi and see if anyone would be willing to take a sneak peak at my profile and let me know if I'm doing things right. Have sat at a desk for the last 10 years and have had very little exercise, time to lose some weight and hopefully get my fitness levels up and then get toned.

Currently cutting the crap out of my diet and trying callisthenics in the evening and walking approx 2 - 4 miles a day.

Let me know your thoughts, looking forward to having some support from likeminded individuals.

    in yet and your diary is closed.

    You can friend me if you like and I'll have a look once you've
    filled everything in and I can give some feedback.

    A couple of things to remember : You've taken the best step forward,
    Be completely honest in your diary (even if you chose to keep it private)
    and I'd reccomend making a few friends (between 20-30 works for
    me to get motivation but not get bogged down where I can't offer any back).

    I've opened up my profile, force of habit, I hate things like facebook etc, I'm actually surprised I'm connecting with folk through here but I am serious about it, I have stepped onto a path I intend to continue to walk.

    I too am no fan of FB but I've really found a massive
    amount of support from my on-line MFP friends.
