Newbie-ish from the UK

Hiya guys, I'm a 26 year old perpetual re-starter. I'm a mother and I'm 230lbs approximately. This time (as I've said the other times) is different. I have no date to lose the weight by, I have no holiday coming up or I'm not dieting to meet someone. I just want, no, I need to lose weight.

I figured I will not be on a diet as such but just make healthier choices, move more and change my mindset in regards to weight loss. Hopefully I can get some people on here who is in a similar situation as I am. I use the iPhone app so it's nice and handy! :)

    MFP is great. Plenty of support an encouragement available.

    And yes, some lifestyle changes help. Eat better, move more.
