My name is Catherine (Cat for short). I am really enjoying the fitness pal program - this has made a HUGE difference in my tracking - Thank You Bliss.com! :flowerforyou: I brought some friends over with me from The Practical Housewife in hopes of us encouraging one another in our goals.

Goals: To be more fit, healthy and beautiful! :wink:
