Hi all,
I have been following a low carb, high protein plan and it's working really well so far. I have 1 protein bar mid morning as i find it easy to grab on the go and tasty too. I just wondered if this is bad to have one every day?

I wouldn't think so. As long as you're eating stuff other than the protein bars I'd assume you'll be fine.0

You are fine. I eat upwards of 3 a day on some days when work gets real long. The only thing i can think of is the sugar alcohols messing with your stomach, but if you don't get an upset stomach go ahead and chow without a second thought.0

I love these bars, but i tend to split it into 3 or 4 and have it as a small snack over the days as it's pretty dense and high carb.0

As long as you are still in a calorie defecit after eating this you will lose weight. Processed foods make no difference on weight loss. A calorie is a calorie.0 -
