Just joined today and am ready to take this on. I have been a yo-yo dieter for the past 10 years and have grown so tired of it. I have been on every diet from South Beach to HCG and nothing seems to stick. I had been considering accepting my life as being a big girl just because I had lost the will to try again. The shift came when I was in a coworker's office and noticed that she had myfitnesspal.com on her computer. My coworker has lost over a 100 pounds and continues to lose more. She is follows healthy diet and excerices. SHE IS AN INSPIRATION! Because of her I am re-dedicating myself to ME! I am not absolute on how much I want to lose but I will know when I get there.

Good on you Jax, I just joined today too, and it's always been about looking after everyone else, but
now it's time for me. Been getting up at 6.30am and going for a 45min walk, as it's the only time
I get without my 4 y.o. back in time before my partner goes to work. I'm determined this time to keep
it going - at the moment i'm feeling great 4 th day in!!! nomore -Australia0
