      Well, I am a little bit closer to Wilkes-Barre, but I always say Scranton since most out-of-area people don't know where the heck Wilkes-Barre is. =) I am in West Wyoming, if you know where that is. Over the river and through the woods from Avoca, quite literally.

      Hi I grew up in Dallas. I live in between WB and Allentown now. We are up at the Ice Box in Pittson for hockey several times a week for hockey. Good ole NEPA!!! :)

      Hanging out my whole life here in Berks County. Lots of high carb, high fat good cooking in this part of the state. (sigh) so much yummy food i've had to give up. Potatoe filling, apple dumplings, AP cakes, ring bologna just to name a few. These are the things i think have been the most unhealthy for me, hardest to give up, and yummiest.

      I swear no one I know that doesn't live near Dutch Country knows what any of those things are!!!!
      Those were always staples in my home growing up given that both my parents grew up amongst the Amish!
