Hello everyone,
I am super stoked to be able to put a story on here. I definetly didn't think I would be this far. I really figured I would maybe get 20 off. I started out at 204 and so far I am down to 164. One day i was browsing through the different apps for my phone and came across this one and said what the heck it can't hurt. I had made a goal of 145 but I have also made little goals it has helped me. I started out saying I wanted to lose 30lbs by summer when I met that goal I set another one I have now set a goal of being in the 150's by June 21st the first day of summer that is only 5 lbs away. I have to say you need to be honest with yourself and it'll happen.

Your story and weight goals are exactly the same as mine. I've been under a lot of stress as a new mom but I would love to be in the 140s again. I'm gaining muscle and all but wanted to ask you if your doing weight watchers or a specific caloric intake? Im ranging around 1200 to 1400 calories and I workout 5 days a week most weeks. Any pointers or help on your nutritional plan would be great! Congratulations on a JOB well DONE!!0

I have only been doing mfp. I try to keep my calories between 1000 and 1200. I did the gym thing in the beginning but when I did i was struggling to get one pound off a week. So I have decided to just diet till i hit my goal and then do the gym thing to tone it when I am done. I also don't eat after 8pm and try to make sure I drink enough water everyday. I also have kids and know how hard it is. My kids are 9, 6, and 11months. At work we had about 15 of us that Biggest Loser thing so that helped keep me motivated. I really struggle on the weekends usually it takes me till wednesday to get off what I put on from the weekends. I also don't count my alcoholic beverages. I shoot on a pool league twice a week and have drinks when I do. I figured that if I cut everything out I wouldn't be able to stick with it. You have to let yourself have something to keep normal.0
