    WOWO!! Congratulations! I love P90x ! You should try Chalean extreme with heavy weights! It's AWESOME!! Did you follow the nutritional guide? I know 80% is nutrition so just curious how many calories you stuck to and if you added lots of protein shakes, low carb, etc. Tell us your powerful secrets :) I know it's all HARD work! So GREAT JOB!!

    Thanks! It took me about 3 months (about a week and a half away) to lose 30 pounds. I actually did not follow the nutrition guide but I cut out a great deal of junk food, stopped drinking soda, and started eating healthier foods and snacks. I also do use some protein shakes to increase my protein intake (which was always very low). I try to eat multiple times a day (5-6 meals) and I am currently eating around 2100 calories a day.
