I've been doing well on taking in less Calories. But to it seems like I still under my usage of calories but it's the first time I'me over on carbs and protien. And I feel bad. But I've also notice I've been burning alot of calories and not taking in alot of calories. And only lost 8 pound. Help, any suggestions would be great.

bump for tomorrow. Too tired to get to this right now.
That being said, you keep chugging along. 8 pounds is way better than no pounds.0 -

1.) If you're going to go over in something, protein is the thing to be over in.
2.) If there's too big of a deficit, you're not fueling your body properly. Without looking at your diary, I don't have any words of wisdom. (I didn't check if it's open; I'm typing with one hand while feeding the baby.)
3.) Eight pounds is still eight pounds less than you started with. Assuming you started at the very beginning of April, that's around a pound a week, which is good and sustainable weight loss. Losing twenty pounds in two months isn't so sustainable and is much more likely to come back.

You only joined in April and lost 8 pounds already? You're doing great. Don't worry about losing it fast, just lose it steady. I'd worry more about how you feel. Make sure you're not going too many calories under and leaving yourself hungry - that'll just make you feel like you're deprived which can lead to binging and ups and downs. This is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.
I'll say it again - you're doing great! :-)0 -
If you just joined last month and have lost eight pounds already, you're making decent progress. Patience is the key when you have a significant amount of weight to lose. Whenever I've failed in the past it was because I got frustrated and impatient. Keep doing what you're doing, and you'll start to see the results soon.

Protein should always be over. MFP sets it low. Carbs should be under which will most likely mean protein will be over but as long as your under your cals or meeting them even going over but under your pre-made deficit that MFP gives you (usually a 500 cal deficit) you should lose. I've lost 6 pounds since April 12, it was originally 8 pounds but I gained 2 back. I hear your frustration but just stick with it, I figure it worked for so many, it'll happen for us too.0

I wanted to say thanks everyone for helping out and understanding. I know I'm not hungry with taking in less calories. Yesterday was just one of those days that I couldn't get really motivated. So I continue to plus along. And if it takes me 6 months toa year take of this weight it does.0
