Im trying to loose weight for my son's wedding which is july 7 this year I would like to loose about 20 pounds before the wedding do u know of any way I can..been working out and watching what I eat..Thanks

Unless you have a huge amount of weight to lose, you shouldn't try to lose that much in such a short amount of time. A pound or two a week can be achieved through healthy and sustainable lifestyle changes.0

I wish I had a magic pill for you, but....
It took me a year to put on 20 pounds. I know it wont take a year to take it off but it will take more than 6 weeks. But if you lose 2 pounds a week, thats 12.0 -
My 2 cents -- begin reinventing yourself as healthy, active person b/c you'll definitely lose some weight, just not 25lbs.
Instead of trying for an UNHEALTHY goal, give yourself a treat by shopping to suit your body shape and coloring. Nowadays, finding flattering clothing, while not that fun, isn't impossible. Plus, it's an excuse to employ a good friend to help you. Treat them to a salad and a great big hug.0
