                    would i be over doing it if i do 30 day shred and running twice a week.
ive done 30 day shred like this before and lost 20lb
but ive only ran for 4 months. i did a 10k race 2 week ago and it took me 1hour 25mins so ive had a long rest.

            you seem to be in pretty good shape so i would say go for it i would say do the 30 day shred everyday and if your up for it and not sore go for a run....thats what im doing im on day 8 of the shred and i run everyday too my goal is to run a 5k everyday0

            and just try not to overdue it and if yu feel pain dont run for a day and make sure to stretch0

            I don't consider myself in GREAT shape, but I did p90x for 90 days and ran almost daily (5-6x/week). Now I typically do a 30 minute workout on top of a 40 minute run 4-5 times/week. Just listen to your body. If I am feeling super tired, I skip my run. I think you can do it 0 0
