I'm new here, but I'm not new to weight loss, I have been trying to lose weight for the past four years. Trying being the operative word, I failed everytime.
I'm bulimic, I binge and purge everyday without fail but I want to finally put my bulimia in the past and move on.
I weigh 98lbs, and at 4ft 10.5in, that's too big for me, I want to lose a stone, getting down to 84lbs.
I have been looking at various threads, so I know my bmr is 1262 using the harris benedict formula. I then put my stats into the fat2fit bmr calculator and it came up with this:
1441(sedentary)
1651(lightly active)
1862(moderately active)
I know one of them is my tdee, but I'm not sure which one would qualify as my activity level. (I exercise at least 30 minutes, 5 days a week minimum). Please could anyone give me advice on this?

Moderately active, providing you also walk around a bit eg. to class, around a workplace, play with a pet, do some chores etc.
Treating someone's question like dirt because they have an eating disorder is shameful, if she had not mentioned those things about herself you would have attempted to help her, but instead you were rude.0 -
No, I honestly wasn't trying to be rude and I would never insult someone because of an eating disorder. It's just with the recent arguments on here I really did wonder. I read it as 'I have a problem and I weigh too little, so I'm going to change things and weigh even less', I probably didn't get that right then, I'm sorry if that wasn't what you were implying.0

That wasn't what I was implying, I don't think I weigh too little, I feel too big but I guess that may be down to the fact that this is my highest weight and it just doesn't feel right to me. That may just be my eating disorder side talking though. I've realised though that I cannot recover and lose weight, at the same time, recovery has to come first so I'm going to start trying to eat 2,000 calories a day. I guess it's the only way out.0

I had an ED, to me now, I saw the BENEFIT of eating more. In your mind you think you're overweight, but you are not (I calculated your BMI). This is not a website set for unhealthy goals, the weight you want to be is considered underweight, and I'm afraid we both know that. I'd love to support you but you might want to think about a toning, not really losing, until then, if you need advice I'm here. :flowerforyou:0
