LOL thanks, I posted that one in a meager attempt at humor considering some of the body builder types on the site. Thought they might get a chuckle out of it.
I guess it's not too bad for a 50 year old fart LOL0 -

you can really see your bicep muscles tho! There are a lot of 50 yr olds (I treat some of them!) who are WAY out of shape, cant see the muscles under the layers of fat and theyre happy to spend the rest of their lives in a wheel chair. more power to ya!0 -

Thanks. I spent over a year bed-ridden and then quite a few months in a wheelchair after that (car accident). I truly hated it. Actually it was during that time I gained so much fracking weight. I despise feeling helpless and worked really hard to walk again.
My doctor at the time told me he wished he could bottle my stubbornness and give it to some of his other patients. I demanded he let me return to work six months earlier than he wanted, but after I threatened to kick his butt he relented (I'm 5'11" and he is 6' 7" and NOT skinny).
I do not want to be one of the types of old folks you mention. I want to be the cranky old man who actually can kick your butt LOL0 -

I do geocache when I can find the time, but that isn't what GPS really stands for. It's sort of a private joke, and most think it means the GPS system, but it really stands for Gentleman Pipe Smoker.0 -
