hey i work the graveyard shift too, the best thing i have found is to plan your meals around yours hours, not like people that work 9-5 jobs, still set your meals at good interval times that work around your shift. Don't starve yourself just because of the time frame your working also i don't know about yourself but i eat my biggest meal just before i start work so that if i get hungry around mid shift i will be happy with some soup :D.
    i hope this helps :D

How long have you been on graveyards? If you think about it, you still have the same 24 hours everyone else has, you just work at a different time.

Sleep for 8+ hours & get up an hour or so before you have to work..... eat your "breakfast" (around 9:00 p.m. guessing you work 11:00-7:00.).

Go to work for an 8-12 hour shift (not sure what you have) and eat your "lunch" (between 3:00-4:00 a.m.).

Finish work and come home, eating your "dinner" around 8:00 a.m.

Fit in your exercise either before or after your dinner, watch a little tv, do your errands or housework and go to bed by noon.

You have the same schedule of sleeping, eating & work as other people, just switched around. I ALWAYS pack my lunch so I can eat better, and even pack fruit/veggies as a snack during my shift.

I think the hardest thing about graveyards is making sure to get enough sleep. It's easy to get involved with all the activities that go on during the day with people who work the opposite shift. Just get into a routine and focus on how you would eat if you worked during the day. Pretty much the same time elapses between meals, just not eating OUT at McDonalds at 3:00 a.m. which is better anyhow.
