i am new to mfp i have tried something similar but this site is much better... i am looking forward to tracking my weight loss journey here. i recently weighed myself at 220 and the day i did i cried i couldnt believe it so i decided to start changing the way i eat. i am now 214 and scared about ever going back to 220 but hopefully ill be okay if i keep going.... i find it hard sometimes to eat right because cooking for my family and not liking to cook is hard but i am trying.. i also hope to make friends here that can support me with this because its hard i have no support other than my husband. wish me luck!!!!!!

    I understand your struggle, i remember 3 years ago stepping on the scale and seeing 236. My heart just dropped and I knew at that moment, it was time to change. I been up and down on the scale but noticed that now that I use MyFitnessPal what a world of differnces it make. Logging in your food intake really make you realize how much calories you're eating. Good luck with your goals and hopefully we can be a support system for each other.
