What is your go to snack when you are feeling a bit hungry and it's not meal time yet?
Lately, my choice has been plain popcorn. I usually snack on a half of a bag throughout the day at work...all for about 70 calories

Kale chips sort of interest me. I don't really like chips, but seems like a good way to snack on kale without eating another salad.0

Definitely light yogurt for me. I usually eat 2-3/day. I always have lots of Tillamook light (110 calories), and Great Value (Walmart's store brand) light (80 calories) on hand in numerous flavors. They're great when I crave something sweet.0

I love hummus & veggies. Raw almonds are very portable, and I like to bring a stash of them with me when I'm out and about. Pair it with a piece of fruit, and it is quite satisfying.0

Healthy Snacks: Green beans, Grapefruit, or a hard boiled egg.
Healthier Treat option: I make a batch of chocolate covered bananas and store them in my freezer because I love chocolate and I love ice cream, and this snack totally gives me the same level of satisfaction with some nutritional value!0 -
An apple or a handful of peanuts or almonds. I'm also one of those people (like George Costanza) who wonder why the tomato "never took on as a hand fruit"0
