    Pretty big gap but ive kept the weight off since losing it so im pretty proud... 2009 to now... keep messing up hope this works now...

    Awesome job! My current build is probably a little leaner than your before pic so it's nice to get a glimpse into the future of what I can expect if I keep training and eating right!
