I've never posted any before and after pics, but here they are!! The first is in 2007 when I was in college (obviously heavy from partying, binge drinking and eating and after is 2012 from diet and exercise :) I know it is a long span apart but I worked hard :)

    Long and steady wins the race girl. I mean look at me, it has taken me about 6 years and the thing is im far from over. Keep on killing it a strive to be better than you were yesterday.

    Thanks Everyone!!! Sometimes, when you feel low it's good to take a look back and realize you have come far. My sister told me I was her inspiration today and it felt so good.
