Definitely light yogurt for me. I usually eat 2-3/day. I always have lots of Tillamook light (110 calories), and Great Value (Walmart's store brand) light (80 calories) on hand in numerous flavors. They're great when I crave something sweet.

Now that I'm on a maintenance program I like to get through until the next meal with:

a spoon full of peanut butter
    a hand full of raisins
a hand full of small pretzel twists
    a Lara Bar
a few dark chocolate Hershey's kisses
a light mocha Frappuccino from Starbucks (160 cal)

I love hummus & veggies. Raw almonds are very portable, and I like to bring a stash of them with me when I'm out and about. Pair it with a piece of fruit, and it is quite satisfying.

Healthy Snacks: Green beans, Grapefruit, or a hard boiled egg.

Healthier Treat option: I make a batch of chocolate covered bananas and store them in my freezer because I love chocolate and I love ice cream, and this snack totally gives me the same level of satisfaction with some nutritional value!

An apple or a handful of peanuts or almonds. I'm also one of those people (like George Costanza) who wonder why the tomato "never took on as a hand fruit"

fruit, fruit, fruit. Frozen grapes are satisfying in the summer! they're frosty and crunchy. oranges are great in the winter, the smell of them is energizing!

Lately, a whole wheat Arnolds sandwich thin (100 calories), spread with a light garlic and herb flavored wedge of The Laughing Cow cheese (35 calories), and about an ounce of store bought thinly sliced smoked salmon (35 calories). Soo good. It's low cal and I'm in heaven lol. It's my favorite.

Really enjoying my chocolate peanut butter greek yogurt but cereal is my go to snack. Typically multi-grain Cheerios, Kashi Go Lean, or Nature Path raisin bran or pumpkin raisin crunch.
