    fruit, fruit, fruit. Frozen grapes are satisfying in the summer! they're frosty and crunchy. oranges are great in the winter, the smell of them is energizing!

    roasted red pepper hummus & broccoli!

    Lately, a whole wheat Arnolds sandwich thin (100 calories), spread with a light garlic and herb flavored wedge of The Laughing Cow cheese (35 calories), and about an ounce of store bought thinly sliced smoked salmon (35 calories). Soo good. It's low cal and I'm in heaven lol. It's my favorite.

    I usually go with a vanilla yogurt or an apple... If I'm feeling snacks both. :)

    Really enjoying my chocolate peanut butter greek yogurt but cereal is my go to snack. Typically multi-grain Cheerios, Kashi Go Lean, or Nature Path raisin bran or pumpkin raisin crunch.

    Strawberries, string cheese, back to nature gluten free white cheddar rice crisps, celery with cinnamon laughing cow cheese and some raisins, and roasted asparagus.

    Some fresh fruit like strawberries or apple or mango (I keep some precut so I have no excuses not to eat healthy)

    Or raw veggies with hummus - so yummy! Raw peppers (yellow/orange/red), baby carrots, broccoli - again all precut ^_^

    I find myself so hungry between lunch and when my husband gets home. The kids and I all snack around 4 or 4:30 since he doesn't get home until after 6 most days!
