How's your blood sugar? And are you eating before working out?

How many calories are you eating, what's your BMR and TDEE, and what workouts are these (and how long do they last)

Hard to say. What do you mean by working out? What other could influence your reaction?

How much are you eating before you work out, how often do you workout, how long do you workout, and what do you do during workouts? You may be pushing yourself too hard.

I used to get headaches and get exhausted before workouts. But I began eating a protein- and mildly sugar-heavy meal beforehand (but not a big meal...maybe two eggs with cheese or a banana and some whole-wheat toast), which changed things around. I'd also drink a ton of water before, during, and after workouts.

I think you have something else going on medically. You may need to see your family doctor and have some blood work done. Or at least ask him/her what she thinks is going on. good luck

    butt-3 exercises

    day 2
tricep and biceps- 5 exercises (i bunch this together i dont do just one and then just the other)
    abs-2 exercises

    day 3
    legs-10 exercises
    abs-3 exercises

day 4 (i did this today but did not work out the last 2 days for a rest)
    back -5 exercises
    abs-2 exercises

    day 5
totaly body -2 exercises (each body part)

im honestly not counting my calories i should be eating roughly 1800 but i have not been keeping track so im not sure what i have been eating iv kinda just been eating what ever i feel like but i have been drinking alot of water. but i do feel it may be my blood sugar dropping so i had some grapes and 3 eggs . . . that might have not been the best . . . and i still have a slight head ache after my shower.

I tend to feel crappy after working out as well. It is almost a guaranteed headache when I am done.

I would definately see your doctor if it keeps up!

Are you sure you're eating enough? I hate to beat a dead horse but if you're not fueling yourself properly you will feel tired and like crap. I would suggest tracking your calories just for a few days, just to make sure you're getting enough food.

Have you changed any other factors in your diet/activity? (for example: My brother went off caffeine and felt terrible for a while)

Good luck and hope you feel better!

You should only do abs twice a week, make sure you eat an hour before you work-out and take a protien shake after you work-out and you should be fine... You are overworking the abs, that could make you feel bad, anyway the abs are the last muscle you will actually 'see'.

    what about cardio?

If you are eating well and hydrated, get some blood work done... I hate when everyone's first instinct is to see a doctor, but you could have anemia or a few other problems that bloodwork could easily find, even if it is nothing, it will give you peace of mind.

    Good luck!

I used to feel like that if I worked out on an empty stomach. Now I usually eat around 150 calories about 45 minutes before my workout (along with my morning coffee). Maybe a cheese stick and an orange, or a banana, or (most often) a Cliff Z Bar. I also need to PRE-hydrate -- at least two 8-oz. glasses.

I do abs 3-4 x per week and feel fine. You definitely shouldn't be feeling that bad after these workouts, unless you just started or you have some other issue. When I first started back lifting, I DID feel like **** after my workouts for the first few weeks, but after that, it went away. Sure, I'm tired, but after some water and a shower...good as new. I'd make sure you're eating enough and drinking plenty of water. Other than that, I'd get some blood work done--maybe you have a vitamin deficiency?? Hope you get it figured out, cuz I know that's very discouraging.
