QUICK WHAT'S THE HIGHEST CALORIE HEALTHY FOOD. LOL I HAVE A HELL OF A LOT OF MUNCHING TO DO TODAY. ALMOST LIKE A PUNISHMENT FOR SPENDING THE DAY OUTSIDE W MY 3YR OLD. LOL BUT THE FACT I COULD DO FELT AWESOME. i worked off all my food. so i still have a whole days worth i have to eat. lol

Peanut butter on bread/toast, Trail mix or nuts, seeds and dried fruit, avocado, Whole eggs, big bowl of oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts on, large baked potato with stuff on top... no idea really, never get into that situation myself.
Alternatively, do your best for today, and eat over by a bit tomorrow or over the next few days, to balance it out.0 -
Could go the healthy fats route, they are high cal and low sugar at least, so nuts, seeds, avocados etc...do you want a meal idea or just a snacks? Fruit juice is usually high cal (high sugar though) what about some almonds, a glass of juice and some avocado on hard bread.0

just snacks for now. i have supper planned out. but i think its only gonna be about maybe 500. lol juice sounds good. i'm very thirsty but not very hungry. i think i'll get some v8 for extra fruit and veggies. thanks0 -
I don't know what's the highest, but you could eat a semi-big portion of spaghetti with home made tomato sauce .. that would be like 400-500 calories and eat salads like broccholi or coliflower, with olive oil 200-300 calories0

Agh, do not stuff yourself or eat junk to meet that mythical number. Seriously it is NOT important to meet your calorie allowance for the day. And if you are eating back exercise, most reputable site recommend eating less than half those back to continue losing at a decent weight.0

i'm not trying to eat junk. lol that's the problem. i want healthy food. i haven't netted my bmr yet cuz i worked out so much today.0 -

It really doesn't matter if its a one time thing. Just consider it a bonus and eat when you're hungry.0

A person should only if they are hungry. If you are thirsty, the best thing to drink is water, not juice. It is FAR better to eat the whole fruit, than to drink fruit juice.
I fall under my calorie goal quite a bit some days simply because my body does not tell me to eat. Food has not always been in such an abundant supply...0
