Why am I addicted to potato chips?

It seems that one potato chip leads to quite a few more and I didn't even like the flavor. Any thoughts, tips, or suggestions to keep me on track?

    I love chips too.
Thats why I don't let my mom buy them anymore, if they are in the house, its just a bad idea.
Try crispy minis or other "healthier" alternatives

you could try the microwave potato chips I was reading about on here a few days ago. Basically you thin slice a potato, put it on parchment paper and microwave it. No oil needed and they get nice and crispy. You can sprinkle on some seasonings and make them super yummy.

Popcorn's low calorie if you don't get the super buttered/sugared up kinds.

Also, try replacing them with veggies. Celery and peanut butter is a classic, and it's very good and filling. Or just eat some broccoli, or spinach. I prefer raw veggies, but you can steam them, roast them with a bit of olive oil and salt or anything that you think sounds good..

try fish crackers. or if you love chips buy special K crackers. They come in chip flavors and taste exactly like chips except you get a whole lot more for roughly the same calories.

I just dont buy them. If i have a treat, i get 1 small packet 30g not a big bg or a multipack as i 'will' eat the lot. It's the salt that does it for me. I have cut out as much salt as possible and find i sweat much less.

Or you can try Pop Chips. They kind of remind me of the Special K cracker chips but they're better tasting.
