Circulation problems.

When I am on the elliptical not only do my feet fall asleep (and I back peddle or get off and walk on the treadmill for a few minutes when this happens) but now my left arm is falling asleep. And I don't mean just for a second either.
Anyone else have similar issues with any type of exercise and circulation? What did you do about it?

Not enough blood flow circulation.
Stretch before and after, maybe even do some warm up exercises before getting on the elliptical.0 -
Also, warmth and hydration. (Stretching thoroughly first should help with the first one)0

Thanks guys! I did a bit of googling and then tried it out again. I think I figured out what has been causing it. My bra is too tight on my neck.0
