I'm back. I'm sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I remember the adrenaline highs after working out and I miss them. I had no reason to stop my "healthy lifestyle", I just did. Today I took my dog for a walk and did Yoga....it had been too long since the last time. It's time to keep myself accountable for the things I do, and don't do. So, I'm back to MFP and looking forward to a healthier me!

Good for you, welcome back! It is a great feeling knowing you are taking steps toward a long, healthy, and happy life! Keep at it, don't give up. :flowerforyou:
  • it's goood you are trying again. we are human and entitled to a break. don'y worry about the past. begin today.

you are already one pound better off than I am. I decided a month ago to lose 20 lbs. I adjusted my eating, began exercising at YMCA and at home and made other healthy changes. I haven't lost a pound, at least not one that stayed off.

I will not give up, though, because I gtuess right now it is more about gaining strength and getting healthy and I can only hope the weight will follow.

Stay with it and don't be too hard on yourself.

Welcome back! You can do this. Sometimes I guess we just need a break to reassess our goals and figure everything out. But the important thing is that you got that out of the way and you're here now. Just stay with it and you'll reach your goals before you know it!
