10 times to the gym...

I don't have gym membership but just got a really good deal on a 10 gym pass card, basically I can go to the gym 10 times and use the gym, classes and pool.

Since I only have those 10 times, what would you suggest I do?

cardio warm up (eliptical or similar?) and then strength training? Does strength training make sense if I can only do it 10 times anyway?

Classes?

Should I do a mix of all of the above each time I go? they're 10 day passes so each time I go I can avail of anything on offer. Just not sure what makes sense since I only have the 10 goes and I don't want to 'waste' them by only going swimming either.

Any suggestions?

I would pick something you can carry on at home, somthing you can be shown how to do but don't need the gym for. If I had have done it properly I would like to have memorised a body balance class so maybe pick something like that.

I would suggest investing a couple of your sessions at least in weight training so you can learn form. If it's a gym with trainers on the floor, have them show you the big three - Squats, Deadlifts and Bench Press. You may be able to get hold of a barbell cheap for use at home - a rack can be built out of wood and nails if you want to go ghetto about it.

I would recommend you to do something that YOU CANNOT DO IT at home... because for the things you can do at home.. you would do them at home.

Because is 10 times pass enjoy the facilities, enjoy some group classes and get contaminated from the energy!
