I made a few posts here allready but i thought i'd make this thread and probably introduce myself and talk about what my goals are. It's nice to meet you all and i hope that you'll be able to help me with my goals here
So i'm 5ft 10 and at the moment weigh about 150 pounds and my goal is to get back to the way i used to weigh about 2 years ago which was about 135-140 pounds. Because i'm a guy alot of people assume that i want to bulk up with big muscles but i'm more happy with myself when i'm skinny. I'd feel very uncomfortable with myself if i was really muscular, and i did see my doctor and he told me that 135-140 pounds would be within a healthy BMI range for me so i wouldn't be underweight.
