Since I started here on MFP, I could not wait for the opportunity to post a progress pic. I went from 191 Pounds on February 28 to 158 Pounds May 27... Here a photo...

Add me for motivation and support; if that what your looking for. I was to encourage everyone to continue to work hard and to be fit over fat. =)

    Looking wonderful. You are so encouraging to me. When I see pics like this it encourages me to continue to stick with the plan. I hope to be posting pics by September. :laugh: We'll see how things for me are looking by then. Thanks so very much for posting.
