Is it better to start your weight loss goal at 1 lbs/ week or 2 lbs/ week. I would love to lose 2 pounds per week, but I am unsure if that is what I should do. I was just wanting some input from anyone who might could explain the best way to go about this! I feel like I'm always hungry with the 1200 cal/day ( 2 lbs/week) goal. HELP!!!! LOL

That all depends on how much you are looking to lose. If it's quite a bit, you can start out at 2, then move to 1 then 0.50

I'm looking to lose a total of 54 lbs. I am 5'9" and way 194 now. I am 7 weeks postpartum and breastfeeding full time. I don't want to lose/ deplete my milk supply, but I want to lose weight...0 -
i do 1.5 lbs a week and try to stay under. like if you can do the 1400 cals/day that is great but you also have an option on one day to go ahead a eat a little more and youd still be fine.0
