Just heard about this site on Wedding wire, thought I would try! Think the food tracking is going to be very helpful!! I am an older bride and am experiencing the age factor on weight loss, it really does not come off as easily anymore. I am so excited for my tracker to start moving!!

    Tell me about it! It's definately so much harder as you get older... much harder. I'm actually struggling even though I've cut done my calories, fat, salt etc and exercising so much more. I guess my body shape has changed a bit and I feel better but the scales say I'm more or less the same. Anyway I've added you if you'll accept me?
