Let's try this again...I don't see a difference...do you?

Ok, I posted a pic earlier where my clothes were all baggy on the last pic, and I had a lot of people tell me I should take a different picture for my current, so I took pics in the same clothes I was wearing in the second pic...I made the pic, then realized the second number is wrong...it is supposed to be -25. Anyway, As I said before, I do not see any difference, especially between -25 and -38 lbs. I know, I still need to take measurements, and I plan to do that tomorrow, or maybe even tonight, but I wanted to see if anyone could see a difference, because I really can't. For those of you that commented in my other post, thanks...

I do feel a lot better, and I have more energy...also, my labs at the doctor are MUCH better. The only real issue I had before was glucose issues...my cholesterol and other labs always came back pretty good, but my a1c from January 16 to May 3 dropped 3 points, which the doc said was a direct result of my new lifestyle. He was very proud of me

Anyway, I just want to know if it is possible to see a difference, because I don't see it, at all. I am NOT stopping, because I know it will get better, but I was just hoping I would see more of a significance in my appearance. I wasn't planning to post any pics until I had lost at least 50 lbs, but I was having a discussion with some friends on FB earlier, and I told them I didn't see any difference, and they said they could, so I wanted to see what people who don't know me see.

And, a side view:

Aww, I thought it wouldn't cut off the end...sorry...dang. If you open it in a new tab, you can see the whole pic on the right...

Thanks, everyone who has replied! I am working so hard, and I just wanted to see if it was noticeable, since I don't see it. Yes, I do see a difference between the first and second picture, but not the second and third, and I actually lost more (14 pounds) from the second to the third.

Between 2 and 3 you can see the difference in your abdomen;in 2 the shirt is stretched out more in front and in 3 it's looser. And your calves are noticeably thinner too.

^^^ THIS! You keep on going my friend, and do please start measuring yourself. We measure calf, knee, thigh, hips, waist, chest, bicep, forearm, and neck. You may be one of those lucky people who gains "evenly" - meaning that your arms gain as fast as your ankles, etc. People who gain evenly don't have an easy time perceiving their own weight loss because, proportionally, everything seems the same. If you measure, though - you have solid, hard numbers to work with.

Way to go - keep it up! :flowerforyou:

I have been measuring, and haven't seen the numbers change much. I will measure tomorrow, though, and see if there is much difference. The last time I measured was on 5/3.

I absolutely see a difference. I can say for myself that I don't have any "before" shots of myself at my absolute heaviest, but I do starting about 40lbs down from that and...there was LITTLE difference because 1) I am fairly tall for a woman and 2) the distribution of my weight is...unique.

But yes--there is a difference! Cheers and keep up the hard work!

There's ABSOLUTELY a difference! It can be hard to see yourself, since you see yourself every day. But I'm certainly impressed! Keep up the great work!
