My husband is sick and so we are all home and have 3 kiddos. It looks like my change of getting to the gym is slim. What are some good workouts I can do in the house. Not running, I need to be in the house. I have 30 Day Shred but I haven't been that impressed by it. What am I missing??

TURBO FIRE!!!!. The High Intensity Interval Training workouts. AWESOME!!!0

It depends:-
CARDIO - I would recommend TurboFire, great beats, great attitude, great fun!
RESISTANCE (total body) - P90X is delivered with a whole body philosophy, is very well structured & is fun & entertaining P.S. It is hard & rocks
RELAXATION - Brian Kest Power Yoga, really well delivered, plenty of vocal coaching, so you don't find yourself constantly looking at the screen & it has three different levels, although I can only comment on the first one, as that is plenty tough enough for my experience level

Check out pinterest -- there tons of fitness pins leading you to workouts and videos.0

P90X (weight + cardio + flexibility) or Insanity (cardio). P90X is a well rounded program but requires some equipment. Insanity is mostly cardio but does not require equipment and each workout session is shorter than the P90X workouts. Both are very intense but will produce excellent results.0

I'll second Bryan Kest for yoga. I've now done all 3 levels (not particularly well, I might add), and it is HARD. All of it. If you want something a little harder than JM, but not as hard as Beachbody stuff, try Bob Harper's workouts. POP pilates/blogilates is very good for for a totally free workout on YouTube.0
