HI all,
i've just joined onto the MFP site and i know that there are already some groups on this, but i was wondering if anyone else is wanting to start the C25k with me. doing my first session tonight. I love team sports but have never really enjoyed running but think it could be the only way. any advise from anyone to get through the first one?

I'm also doing my first one tonight. Well, first one again. :ohwell: I stopped for a long time and am trying to get back into it. I love the podcasts... makes it SO much easier for me since having to time it myself would just give me another excuse not to do it. :laugh:0
