hey guys just wanted to know how many are familiar with the total gym? My stepdad has one and i started today and i just wana know what ya think about it ? thanks in advance !!!

    I have one and love it. I havent used it in a while because weather has been nice so doing other things but is a great piece of equipment.

    I have one .. I don't use all the positions..but a couple of them I do. I like it ... the weather is awesome..but I think I will alternated between outside and the Total Gym. Stick with it.

    You will love it. I use it to row, do sit ups while doing arm work,triceps, shoulders..Did your come with the picture booklet? that helps plus on you tube I have found several workouts I like.. Hope you like yours!

    well my stepdad has it somewhere in the house lol but i go on youtube and get the exercises my fav thus far is the oblique twist :)
