    Congrats on an amazing accomplishment - three years shows what a success you are. I love your Intensity before and after photos - what a great difference! I do have to say that picture of your legs is beautiful, but feet hurt just looking at those shoes - oh, to be young and able to walk in shoes like that again:bigsmile:
