    I am also british and trying to stay on the wagon this time until I get to my goal. One month down, and still quite a long way to go! I am sure the BMI scale is wrong, it must be????!?!

    I am trying to shake off some weight to run better and feel better. I have started running completely barefoot and have a place booked for the Brighton Marathon next year (2013.) I am running and raising money for The Cure Parkinson's Trust as my father in law was diagnosed with Parkinson's at the beginning of last year. My blog can be found at www.barefoot4parkinsons.com.
