okay so i'm going out on a bit of a limb here, hoping someone can help me...
for my whole life, i have been a very physical person so i'm now studying Personal Training.
Only problem is... anatomy and physiology.. I legit do not understand ANYTHING.
The exam is in 7 days, I have been studying non stop for the past month and STILL don't understand it.
Anyone have any tips?

The anatomy and physiology colouring books are very good.
And test yourself frequently, because that correlates with better learning. There are lots of interactive MCQ websites online you can use. This approach improves my students' learning even when they don't seem to do very well on the tests.
And try and relate what's in the books to the bodies of those around you, and your own body.
Any specific trouble areas?0 -

I swear by flashcaredmachine.com
I have the app on my droid and I can study everywhere. Look in the database there are tons of AP cards already made, and I know I have put a lot of A&P stuff in there. I am doing my LPN to RN bridge online and am almost finished with A&P as well.0 -
I am taking the course too, but I just started a couple of weeks ago. It's a lot to take in. What I have been doing for the Anatomy, as I read through the chapters, any time I read about a body part, bone or muscle, I find myself pointing to that part on my body.0
