    I am a Brit! In Cambridgeshire. I am new to this, I only started last week. Would love a bit of support and friendship on here if anyone wants to add me, feel free. Only lost 1.2lb last week and stuck rigidly to diet and exercise so felt a bit deflated, BUT I did lose 1.5" off waist and 1" off hips so its not all bad! I know, i know....slowly, slowly, catchy monkey :happy:
