Weigh in

Hi,

It will be a week on Wednesday since i joined and just curious, when do you guys weigh in? On a weekly basis, monthly?? and also is it better to weigh myself in the morning or at night?

    Weighing in every week is a good idea so you keep track of how you're doing, more than that and you won't hold your self as accountable, and weighing in too often a week is inaccurate. It's best weighing-in in the morning before you eat anything since thats going to be your true weight, in the evening after you'd had all your meals and water it tends to fluctuate. Just pick a day and the first thing you should do is weigh yourself on that day! GL

    P.S. I usually don't eat dinner the evening before, in hopes that I'll be lighter, Lol. Just kidding :)

    i weigh in every friday morning before i hop in the shower. i usually take my measurements the night before.

    Thank you..i've been weighing myself everyday "/ and yes i noticed each day was diff't so i didn't know what to log-in but sounds good i'll will choose one day and stick with it and not go on the scale so often..lol
