Great results. I am on Day 12 of the shred and my starting measurements are very similar to yours, so it is great motivation to keep on going.0

Wow....many congrats what an awesome job you did.
I completed the 30 day shred , 9 days ago.. i lost inches 15 altogether but did not loose any weight?
I am now doing the shred all over again to see what happens i am on day 9 Level 1.
Again very well done..and Good Luck to everyone else doing the Shred))))
