    I'm still dropping. I weighed in at 151.4 yesterday morning, didn't weigh in today so I'll use that weight. I stayed the night at my mama's, slept soundly thanks to new sleeping pills, and am feeling better about life. God is still guiding me where to go, and I'm following His lead. I think my marriage is a lost cause, and I'm not sure why God wanted me to reach out and try to save it the other night, but I'm just doing as He wishes. He knows what is intended for me and what I need to do to get there.

    Lauryn, (((hugs))) I'm glad you're feeling better. Giving your problems to God and letting Him handle them is the best way to become stress-free and truly happy. I know it's not always easy, especially during the times when you can't see what His plans are. I'm proud of you on that weight loss too!! :flowerforyou:

    just wanted to pop in a say that. need to get paperwork done to send in for state and some work done around here. been studying so much the last few days. need to run dishwasher and such.

    what a day of catch up. tomorrow i am just relaxing and putting together my coupon binder, getting my shopping list ready to begin stockpiling.

    everyone is doing a great job. keep up the work. don't stop to figure out what you doing or why it's coming off. just keep going along.

    kel, i am becoming a realtor. i just finished my unit 1. now i go for state test, get my license and within a year take my unit 2.

    DH told me tonight. he has been putting in apps at other jobs the last few days. he didn't want to upset me knowing i had this test. so he didn't tell me that the company he's with had rumors that they were selling the pest control part of it.:noway: well found out today at a special meeting they are not selling. and if they were they would give them time to find jobs. i love my DH for not adding more stress to me.

    well, off to do what the hell i want to for the night.

    Hi everyone ... just making a quick report here ... I'm back from my Hiking Trip to Tobermory ... it was the best de-stressing trip ever. I'm a little stresssed to be back at work now ... but I'll just have to deal with the reality and move on. I'm down 1 lb. this week and hopefully I'm back on my healthy lifestyle track now. Gotta get working ... I'll talk to you as soon as my home computer is up and running again.

    Cathy, sounds like you're having the same weather as we are, only high of 57. But then, I'm not that far from you. And congratulations on the test! I'm sure you'll do well on the state one too! :flowerforyou:

    It's just been one of those days where I don't feel like doing anything. Too dreary out. Got myself a large mug of coffee this morning to help keep myself going. Luckily, it seems to be helping.

    Well.... I'm just getting back from a 1.5 hr shopping event at Burlington.... I was just looking and luckily I found a few items. I HATE SHOPPING FOR WINTER CLOTHES. They just never look good on my body unless I spend 200 for each piece and we know I'm NOT doing that. LOL. I managed to buy 4 pairs of pants, one pair of boots (comfortable and flat... my first pair like that) and some ear muffs. LOL... I'm a shopaholic BUT winter does me in everytime. Does anyone else share my pain? Or am I just a winter clothing GRUMPIE.

    Tam, I hate shopping right now because funds are limited. I don't mind winter clothes but get frustrated trying to find clothing I like that fits my shape well. It's getting easier with each new pound lost but it's still hard. I'm going to have to hit up some thrift shops soon. Maybe this weekend would be good for that. :smile:

    I have the same problem with shopping for clothes. I love shopping. But I hate looking for clothes for me. I can't find things that fit! To find pants to fit in the waist, they're way too baggy in other areas. If they fit in those other areas, they're WAY too tight in the waist. Shirts are just as bad. :noway:

    Sad to say, but I'd rather go clothes shopping for my daughter. Not that she'd complain! My little 5 1/2 year old Fashion Diva! :laugh:

    oh my gosh, i am the same way. it just ----. hate it with a passion. thin legs, large tummy. and they are normaly way toooo long too.

    Sounds like there's a few of us with the same shape ... and height. LOL Pants are always baggy in the butt and way too long for me too. LOL

    Hey Ladies,

    I hate shopping ....Period. Be it for myself or anyone else. I escpecially hate shopping for food. I am a thrift store queen. I find that the limited choices help me get in and out quickly.

    Anyway my first week back and doing good. Took my 2.5 mile walk this morning and did some stretching too. Sticking with the calorie intake of 1200 to 1250. So maybe I'll make the goal for this week. :bigsmile:

    Cathy- That is so wonderful that you are getting your Real Estates licence. My daughter has completed the classes not long ago to become a Broker. She has yet to take the State test for it. But she got her license a few years ago. Its been a lot of work to get there. So my Dear my hat is off to you. Keep up the great work.:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

    been doing house cleaning. always do a good clean before the weekend. than again on monday w/laundry. today was wash the throw rug day.

    nothing much new in my neck of the woods.
    time for snack getting hungry.

    LOL. I see we all have something about we don't like about shopping. I agree Lauryn with every pound removed the clothes look better BUT I wish I didn't have to show fat rolls in every winter top! One day!!

    Lauryn- Congrats on the new job. I remember when you were looking! See time does fly and situations always past. YAY to your future!!!

    Cathy- You will focus when you are ready. ONE day at a time. Maybe just focus on being hydrated first, then add 10 mins of stretch and etc. It will be back soon.

    I love a bargain so I'm going to all the discount stores this weekend to improve my winter closet bc this is my first winter back in VA and the cold is coming in FAST. :laugh: TOO much for me!!!

    I love you all and I hope everyone is having a great day. I just woke up an hr ago.... of to eat some breakfast before NOON.

    T- I told you I would give you my book list. Here it is a promised. What I'm attempting to do is FUSE all the books together into a plan that works for me. Change One is the most practice book ever and Beck diet soln works on your mind and telling you, YOU CAN DO IT!!! I still love the other books as well. I suggest getting them from the library so you don't have to pay for them or a used book store. I hope they help you out!!!
