Hey everyone!
I'm Kevin, and I just recently joined this site. For a while I've been telling myself "Oh, I'll start dieting and such tomorrow or next week. Next week for sure." Then I decided to step on the scale. Yikes. So now it's "Today, for sure." I've let myself slack off for way too long, and I need to make better choices with my life so I can fix all this damage I've done. Ultimately I want to lose about 120 pounds, pretty big number. But I plan on tackling it a day at a time, and I can't afford to quit. I'm looking for some friends on here too, so we can keep each other motivated. Thanks for reading all this guys! Good luck to everyone!

Welcome to the group. Lots of encouraging words here and great tips and info on the forums. The search tool is great in the forums when you just are curious about a topic. Don't forget to ask questions, lots of folks have experience and who knows the question you ask, is one I am sure others have thought about. Take it one day at a time, don't beat yourself up if you don't hit your daily targets, it's the goal at the end that you are after!0
