    Seaweed noodles were good. They were a little salty, but everything seems to be too salty to me over here haha

    Interesting. Googling a bit, it seems Japan has higher average salt intake than the USA. I didn't find any data on Thailand. I'd guess it's high too since the cuisine has many salty fermented fish sauces (at least that's my impression).

    yeah soy sauce is in so many things here, and lots of fermented fish indeed. lots of pickled items also (which i'm not a big fan of). But overall I seem to be a bit over on sodium most days, not that I'm worried. It's vacation anyway :P.
