Updated progress pics .. looking to find a goal weight

I am unsure of my goal weight. But here are a few pics of my progress, I never took a picture when I started mfp and regretting it by here are a few recent pics.I am about 166lbs now and really don't want to go under 160, but just want to lose the rest of my stomach any thoughts? o yeah I'm 5ft9

    You obviously have made tremendous progress! You look great.

    It's up to you. Do you feel like you are the healthiest/happiest you can be? Your goal weight is up to you, whatever makes you feel right.

    Maybe instead of goal weight, do a goal of toning, weight wise you look very healthy, don't focus so much on the scale if you're in a healthy BMI focus on making your body look the way you want it to =]

    I just started weight training about 90 mins a day 4-5 days a week, and yes I am at the very top of (healthy) on a bmi chart but still got a beer gut and people keep telling me that I don't need to lose much more weight so I have been trying to figure out a healthy goal
  • I agree, you are with in your healthy weight range for your height. you could try something like P90x if you are into working out at home. Great job with the weight loss and being more healthy! You look great!

    I guess I will just keep doing what i been doing and continue to hit the gym, maybe up my calories to maintain once my stomach gets a lil flatter thanks for the advice.
