I was just walking home from the bus and a neighbor stopped me to say that i was looking great and to ask me how i was losing weight. I told her about MFP and how great everyone is here. It was awesome to have someone else notice the difference that this past 10 weeks of hard work has made.

Isn't great when someone else notices that you are looking slimmer and healthier? I think that is one of the best motivation boosters ever! Keep up the great work and thanks for the boost for us too!0
