any one got a eggplant parm recipe

I am craving eggplant parm but am looking for a healthier version. any ideas?

    Try Ratatouille instead. Eggplant parm has too much cheese, breading, fried stuff. Tastes good, but not good for weight loss.

    Ratatouille, on the other hand, has the eggplant you crave, and is low in calories and fat.

    i make it the weight watcher's way. the only real difference is instead of frying the coated eggplant slices in oil you bake them in the oven. once done, you layer as usual and bake.

    Clean and slice your eggplant.

    Dip in cool water or hold under running tap and then dip it into a plate of Progresso Italian bread crumbs.

    Throw it on the grill or griddle and (optionally) dab it with the lightest dab of EVOO.

    Toss it on a plate and ladle a couple tablespoons of tomato sauce and sprinkle a bit of garlic salt and maybe some marjoram and parsley on it.

    Cover it with a bit of shredded mozz or Daiya cheese shreds.

    Put the plate in a warm oven to melt the cheese.
